What is the difference between a QSD, a QSP, and a QISP?

A Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) is certified to implement that construction plan, conduct routine site inspections, and oversee the physical installation of environmental controls on the ground. A QISP (Qualified Industrial Stromwater Professional) manages stormwater pollution, specifically for industrial facilities.
